Wow you reached the point that you want to ask that very special person THE question of your life. This proces is always so unique and very special to be working on. Mélanie has been in the gold and jewelry industry for a while and she got all the knowledge and design ideas for all types of precious gemstones and especially diamonds. She loves to take on a challenge and be in such a special project with her customers. Therefor its no surprise that she is always super keen on designing the perfect bespoke engagement ring for your loved one!

How does it work?

1. First steps are always the hardest. Making the appointment: You can make an appointment in the atelier by sending a request to info@melaniepigeaud.com. We kindly ask you to already send some pictures from pinterest in this email. In this case we have a starting point and an idea of what you are aiming for. If you live far away or abroad we can also do the appointment via Skype/zoom/phone. No problem.

2. The appointment: First you will get a nice cup of coffee to get you comfortable. Then Mélanie Pigeaud herself will explain you everything about diamonds, precious gemstones and all the options for designs. But be careful: The options are endless;). Ofcourse she is always super excited to hear the story of how you guys met! It is also important to get information about the person who is getting engaged and his/her style. Not only is this super fun but also important to make sure the ring will fit their style.

3. After the appointment we will most probably have 2-3 ideas. Mélanie will then start searching for the right stone and will send you pictures and movies of the stone(s) to give you a good idea.Then we will make 3d sketches of the ideas that you would like. These sketches are a real good estimation of how the ring will look like. You can find an impression below this text (push the play button). This is always super excited.

4. Next to the 3d sketch(es) we will give you the estimated prices.After receiving the sketches and prices we can have a call to discuss al the options and further questions if necessary. Once you are 100% convinced about the design and the ring and you are over the moon: You will pay 50% deposit to get the process going so we can start making your MP bespoke ring.Most probably after 3 weeks you hear when its ready and you make the final appointment to pick it up. Then you will be ready for the most exciting question of your life!
